We started as a small sewing workshop and grew with our clients. Today we run our own cutting room, sewing lines and finishing section, with partner workshops for printing, embroidery and washing that we audit regularly.

Every order passes in-line QC while it is sewn and a final inspection before packing. AZO-free fabric test reports are available per batch, and we are happy to work with your nominated third-party inspector.

Questions buyers ask about the factory
Is Hualingniao a factory or a trading company?
A cut-and-sew factory in Humen, Dongguan, China, making clothes since 2006. We run our own cutting room, sewing lines, sample room and finishing section, with about 100 sewing-line workers. Printing, embroidery and washing are done by partner workshops that we audit regularly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per style and colour, and sizes can be mixed within those 50. Knitwear starts at 100 pieces per style and colour, and activewear at 500 pieces per style.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples take 8–15 days in our own sample room. Bulk production takes 24–30 days after you approve the sample.
How do you check quality?
Every order is checked on the line while it is sewn and inspected again before packing, to AQL 2.5. AZO-free fabric test reports are available per batch, and you are welcome to send your own third-party inspector.
Can I visit the factory or see it on video?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Dongguan, and we run live video tours of the factory floor on WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet — see the Verify our factory page to book one.
