Hualingniao is a cut-and-sew manufacturer in China. Brands work with us because the people who answer your questions are the people who run the lines — pattern makers, sample sewers and QC staff under one roof.
We started as a small sewing workshop and grew with our clients. Today we run our own cutting room, sewing lines and finishing section, with partner workshops for printing, embroidery and washing that we audit regularly.
That structure matters to a growing brand: you get factory-direct pricing, honest lead times, and the ability to start at 50 pieces per style — then scale to tens of thousands without switching suppliers.
Every order passes in-line QC while it is sewn and a final inspection before packing. AZO-free fabric test reports are available per batch, and we are happy to work with your nominated third-party inspector.

Fabrics are tested AZO-free per batch by third-party labs; reports are shared on request. We welcome your nominated inspection company at any stage of production.
