What shirts do we manufacture?

As a custom shirt manufacturer we cut from 120–180 GSM oxford, poplin and flannel sourced to your swatch, so the shirt you sample is the shirt you sell.

Which fabrics and weights do we use for shirts?

Oxford, poplin, flannel and brushed twill in 120–180 GSM, yarn-dyed or printed to your artwork. Poplin gives a crisp hand for business and resort styles; oxford has a heavier basket weave that softens with washing; flannel is brushed for warmth. Woven fabrics move less than knits but still shrink, so every lot is tested and cut with shrinkage allowance. Custom yarn-dyed stripes and checks are developed through fabric sourcing against your reference — expect minimum mill runs for custom colourways, which we quote up front.

Which construction details do we hold on every shirt?

Single-needle side seams and armholes, felled or French seams to spec, fused or floating interlining in collars and cuffs matched to fabric weight, and pattern matching at the pocket, placket and centre back. Buttonholes are keyhole or straight on automatic machines; buttons are sewn with a shank where the fabric weight needs it.

• Collars: camp, spread, button-down, band, Peter Pan — with collar stays where relevant
• Yokes: split or one-piece, with pleats or darts at the back
• Cuffs: barrel, rounded, French, with gauntlet plackets
• Custom buttons, chest embroidery, side-seam gussets and hem labels to your spec sheet

How do prints, embroidery and branding work on shirts?

All-over prints are engineered on the fabric before cutting, so motifs land where you planned them; placement prints and embroidery are sampled on the actual shirt through printing and embroidery partners we audit. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hangtags and folded retail packaging with collar supports are finished in-house through private label.

What are the MOQ, sample time and lead time for shirts?

MOQ is 50 pieces per style across sizes and colours. Samples take 8–15 days through sample development and bulk ships 24–30 days after approval, assuming fabric in stock or reserved. Which quality checks run before a shirt ships?

• Fabric: shrinkage and pattern repeat verified per lot before cutting
• Sewing: pattern matching at pocket, placket and yoke; collar point symmetry; buttonhole strength on every bundle
• Measurement: collar, chest and sleeve length on the size set; AQL 2.5 on bulk
• Finishing: press quality, collar supports and fold-pack spec at final inspection

How do you start a shirt program with us?
