Which fabrics do we use for tanks?

Rib and single jersey from 180 to 260 GSM, in combed cotton or cotton-spandex. Rib gives the stretch and recovery a fitted tank needs; single jersey gives the relaxed drape of a muscle tank; adding elastane keeps straps and bindings from bagging. Tanks are cut from the same fabric as your tees and shorts so a capsule shares colour and hand, which is also why they are easy add-ons to a drop already in production. Which construction details do we hold?

Self-fabric or rib bindings cut on the bias and coverstitched, strap width graded with the size run, taped back necks on jersey styles, and double-needle hems. Where a tank is part of a set, it is graded on the same block logic as the matching tee so sizes correspond across pieces.

How do decoration and branding work on tanks?

Screen print, puff print, embroidery and heat transfer run through printing and embroidery partners we audit, sampled on the actual tank so artwork sits correctly on a narrow front panel. Garment dye and acid wash follow recorded recipes so tanks match the tees they ship with. Tagless heat-transfer labels are the norm on tanks; woven labels, hangtags and packaging are finished through private label.

What are the MOQ, sample time and lead time for tanks?

MOQ is 50 pieces per style across sizes. Samples take 8–15 days through sample development and bulk ships 24–30 days after approval. Tanks added to a running tee order share the dye lot without changing the per-style minimum — the MOQ guide explains how that works.

Which quality checks run before a tank ships?

• Fabric: rib recovery and shrinkage tested per lot
• Sewing: binding stretch, strap width, armhole symmetry and coverstitch check on every bundle
• Measurement: size-set measured after wash; AQL 2.5 on bulk
• Finishing: print placement on the narrow front panel, tagless label cure and packing verified
