Our blanks are cut and sewn from styles currently running on our own production lines in Humen Town, Dongguan — the same fabrics, patterns and inspection as our mainline cut-and-sew production. How this blank program works

Our blanks are not picked from a warehouse shelf. They are cut and sewn on the same lines as our running production, then finished as undecorated garments ready for printing, embroidery or resale. That model shapes how availability, pricing and lead times work, and it is worth understanding before you plan a drop or promise a restock date to your own customers.

Where the blanks come from

Every blank style in the program is a pattern we already produce: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, joggers and similar basics in their current fabric and colour setup. Because the style is already engineered, the fabric is already sourced and the line is tooled for it, we can run your quantity inside a scheduled production window instead of developing a garment from zero. The trade-off is honest: availability follows the production calendar rather than a stock list.

How availability is confirmed

There is no live inventory feed, and we do not claim one. When you send an inquiry with style, colours, sizes and quantity, we check the current and planned runs for that style and confirm what can be allocated, on what date, in the quotation. If a colour or size is not running, we say so and offer the closest alternative or a fully custom run instead of promising stock that does not exist. Once your order is placed, the allocation is reserved against that run.

Mixing colours and sizes in one order

The 50-piece minimum applies to the style, not to each colour or size. A single order can combine the colours the style is currently running in and any size breakdown from XS to XXL, as long as the total reaches the minimum. Packing follows your colour and size breakdown, so a 50-piece order arrives as one coherent set rather than three separate mini-orders.

Blank means undecorated: when to go custom

Blanks are sold plain: no print, embroidery, brand labels or custom packaging are added in this program. Most blank buyers are decorators, print shops and resellers who brand or sell the garments themselves. If you want pieces to arrive with your logo, labels or packaging already applied, that is a custom project, quoted and sampled on the custom route rather than as a blank.

Why blanks stay plain

Brands that want their logo on a garment almost always want their own fabric, colour or fit as well, and a running blank rarely matches that brief. So logo print, embroidery and brand labels are handled inside a custom order, where the garment and the branding are developed and approved together on one sample — through our audited partner workshops for print and embroidery — instead of being added to a stock style that only half fits.

What a blank order arrives as

Blanks arrive undecorated, folded and packed by colour and size to your breakdown, ready for your own decorator, print shop or resale. Woven brand labels, hang tags, barcode stickers and branded poly bags are not added to blanks. If you are building a private-label line and need your own label set, we quote it as a custom order so the labels are approved with the sample and bulk ships ready for your sales channel.

When a style is not in the program

If the fit, fabric or colour you need is not in a current run, the honest answer is that it is not available as a blank. At that point a custom cut-and-sew order — from 50 pieces per style with an 8–15 day sampling stage — is usually the right route, and we will tell you which option your brief fits rather than substituting a near-miss blank that almost works. Approval before bulk

Bulk starts only after you approve the sample and the order details are fixed in writing: quantities per colour and size, packing and delivery terms. Changes after approval re-open the schedule because the production slot is already allocated against a running line, so we confirm everything before cutting rather than adjusting mid-stream.
