Our blanks are cut and sewn from styles currently running on our own production lines in Humen Town, Dongguan — the same fabrics, patterns and inspection as our mainline cut-and-sew production. How this blank program works

Our blanks are not picked from a warehouse shelf. They are cut and sewn on the same lines as our running production, then finished as undecorated garments ready for printing, embroidery or resale. That model shapes how availability, pricing and lead times work, and it is worth understanding before you plan a drop or promise a restock date to your own customers.

Where the blanks come from

Every blank style in the program is a pattern we already produce: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, joggers and similar basics in their current fabric and colour setup. Because the style is already engineered, the fabric is already sourced and the line is tooled for it, we can run your quantity inside a scheduled production window instead of developing a garment from zero. The trade-off is honest: availability follows the production calendar rather than a stock list.

How availability is confirmed

There is no live inventory feed, and we do not claim one. When you send an inquiry with style, colours, sizes and quantity, we check the current and planned runs for that style and confirm what can be allocated, on what date, in the quotation. If a colour or size is not running, we say so and offer the closest alternative or a fully custom run instead of promising stock that does not exist. Once your order is placed, the allocation is reserved against that run.

Mixing colours and sizes in one order

The 50-piece minimum applies to the style, not to each colour or size. A single order can combine the colours the style is currently running in and any size breakdown from XS to XXL, as long as the total reaches the minimum. Decoration, labels and packaging stay consistent across the mixed order, so a 50-piece order can still arrive as a coherent retail-ready set rather than three separate mini-orders.

Blank or decorated: what you can add

Most buyers use the program as a base for their own branding rather than selling a plain garment. Decoration and labelling are agreed in the same quotation as the blank itself, so artwork, placement, labels and packaging are approved together and the finished pieces arrive retail-ready instead of needing a second supplier.

Print and embroidery

Logos and artwork are applied through our partner print and embroidery workshops, which we audit and manage against the approved sample. Screen print, digital print and embroidery placements are confirmed on a decorated sample before bulk. Because the same team handles garment and decoration, placement, ink and thread choices are checked against the actual fabric and colour of your run, not a generic blank from a catalogue photo.

Labels, tags and packaging

Blank does not have to mean unbranded. Woven main labels, care and size labels, hang tags, barcode stickers and branded poly bags can all be added within the order. If you are building a private-label line on blank bases, the label set is approved with the sample so bulk garments ship ready for your sales channel — whether that is your own store, a marketplace or a wholesale account with specific ticketing requirements.

When a style is not in the program

If the fit, fabric or colour you need is not in a current run, the honest answer is that it is not available as a blank. At that point a custom cut-and-sew order — from 50 pieces per style with an 8–15 day sampling stage — is usually the right route, and we will tell you which option your brief fits rather than substituting a near-miss blank that almost works. Approval before bulk

Bulk starts only after you approve the sample — plain or decorated — and the order details are fixed in writing: quantities per colour and size, artwork, labels, packaging and delivery terms. Changes after approval re-open the schedule because the production slot is already allocated against a running line, so we confirm everything before cutting rather than adjusting mid-stream. This is also where courier versus sea freight is settled, because the shipping method affects both packing and the date you can promise your own customers.

Inspection and dispatch

Blank orders pass the same in-line and final inspection as our mainline production, and each batch ships with an AZO-free test report. Cartons are packed to your size and colour breakdown for easy receiving at your warehouse or fulfillment partner.
