Questions about our services
Can I book one service on its own?
Yes. Fabric sourcing, pattern making and grading, sample development, private label and packaging can each be booked on their own, or combined into a full-package order from fabric to final carton.
What does full-package manufacturing include?
Fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk cut-and-sew production, private-label finishing and packing, all run by one factory, so one team answers for the whole order.
Do you print and embroider in-house?
No. Printing, embroidery and washing are done by partner workshops that we audit regularly. We place the work, follow it and inspect the finished pieces together with the rest of the order.
What do I need to send to get started?
A tech pack, a sketch or a reference sample, plus the quantity per style and colour. We reply within 5 hours with fabric options, a sample plan and a bulk estimate.
