50 pieces per style/colour
Each colour of each style needs 50 pieces; sizes can be mixed inside that 50. Knitwear starts at 100. Colours cannot be combined to reach the minimum.
Several clients in one run
Two clients ordering the same hoodie in different colours, each with its own logo, can go into the same production run as long as each colour meets its minimum.
Larger programmes
Runs of several thousand pieces per style are scheduled against our monthly capacity. The bulk lead time for your quantity is confirmed on the quote.

What DDP covers
Export clearance, freight, import customs clearance, duty and import VAT, delivered to your warehouse or your client's address.
Written scope on every quote
The quote states the Incoterm, the destination and that duty and import VAT are included, so nothing is left to settle at the border.
Split deliveries
One production run can be packed by client and shipped to several addresses.
Frequently asked questions
Can one order carry logos for several of our clients?
Yes. The minimum is 50 pieces per style per colour, so different clients' jobs can share a production run as long as each colour of each style reaches 50 pieces.
Will our client see your name anywhere?
No. We use your or your client's labels, hang tags and packaging, and nothing on the garment or carton needs to show our name.
Do you ship DDP to the UK and EU, and is import VAT included?
Yes. Our DDP price covers customs clearance, duty and import VAT, so you pay one invoice and nothing at the border.
Can one order be delivered to several addresses?
Yes. A production run can be packed by client and shipped to several addresses in the UK or EU.
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes. Every order goes through AQL 2.5 inline and final inspection, and you are welcome to send your own inspector or a third-party inspection company to the factory before shipment.
How much can you produce?
About 300,000 pieces a month. The bulk lead time for your quantity is confirmed on the quote.
Do larger orders get a lower unit price?
Yes. The unit price falls as the quantity rises; send the quantities you want quoted and we price each one.
Can we get a sample with our client's logo first?
Yes. Samples take 8–15 days, and the logo, colours and measurements are approved on the sample before bulk. The sample fee is refunded once the bulk order reaches 200 pieces or more per style per colour.
What are your payment terms?
Samples are paid in full — we do not offer free samples. Bulk orders take a 50% deposit to start production; the other 50% is paid when the goods are finished, before they ship. Pay by T/T bank transfer or through an Alibaba.com Trade Assurance order.
