A t-shirt looks simple until you spec it: collar rib recovery, shoulder tape, side-seam twist and shrinkage all decide whether customers reorder. Our tee blocks are pre-washed and measured after washing, so the fit you approve is the fit that ships.
Fabric and weight options
Single jersey in combed cotton from 160 GSM for drapey summer fits up to 260 GSM for structured boxy cuts; slub jersey and cotton-spandex available. Every fabric lot is checked for shrinkage and torque before cutting.
Decoration that survives the wash
Screen print, puff print, embroidery and garment dye are tested on the actual fabric before bulk — adhesion and hand-feel are confirmed on your sample, never assumed.
