Fabric and weight

Combed cotton single jersey at 240 GSM, a heavy tee weight with a smooth face. Dyeing after sewing gives slight tonal variation at the seams and a softer hand than piece-dyed fabric. The shade is matched to your reference before bulk.

Construction and fit

Drop-shoulder seams sit below the shoulder point for a relaxed, boxy body with wider sleeves. Ribbed neckband and twin-needle hems. Graded to your size chart in XS–XXL; body length, sleeve width and neck opening adjust at sample stage.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

Minimum order is 50 pieces per style. Samples take 8–15 days from our in-house sample room, and the dye shade and any strike-offs are approved before bulk. Production runs 24–30 days after sample approval with in-line QC and final inspection, graded across XS–XXL.
