Combed Cotton Boxy Fit T-Shirt

A boxy fit T-shirt in 220 GSM combed cotton single jersey, the blank most streetwear lines build their first drop on. The short, wide body gives the square silhouette buyers ask for, and the jersey is heavy enough to print on without show-through, from 50 pieces per style.

Fabric and weight

The jersey is combed cotton at 220 GSM. Combing removes short fibres, so the surface is smoother and pills less, and the weight sits between a standard tee and a heavyweight, dense enough for screen print and puff print to sit flat. Other weights are available on request.

Construction and fit

Boxy fit: a shorter body and wider chest than a regular tee, with proportions set on your block rather than a stock pattern. Neckline, hem and sleeve length are set on the sample, and every size is graded to your size chart so the proportion holds from XS to XXL.

MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Samples take 8–15 days in our in-house sample room, with strike-offs and sew-outs approved before bulk. Production runs 24–30 days after sample approval with in-line QC and final inspection. Standard sizes XS–XXL, graded to your size chart.
