What pants and joggers do we manufacture?

Bottoms live or die by fit through the rise and thigh. As a custom pants and joggers manufacturer we pattern every style to your block measurements, with waistbands, drawcords, pocketing and cuffs spec'd to your reference, and we cut bottoms from the same dye lots as your tops so sets match exactly.

Which fabrics and weights do we use for bottoms?

Joggers and sweatpants run 260–400 GSM in French terry or brushed fleece, matched to your hoodie fabric when you order sets. Track and parachute pants use nylon taslan or polyester with a soft, crisp hand; trousers use cotton twill from 240 GSM upward. Fabric is checked for shrinkage before cutting because a jogger that shrinks 4% in length becomes a cropped pant after the first wash. Which waistband, pocket and cuff details do we hold?

We use long-recovery elastic and bar-tacked drawcord holes as standard — the two failure points customers notice first. Waistbands are covered elastic, jacquard elastic with your logo, or fixed with belt loops; drawcords are flat or round with dipped or metal tips; pockets are bagged in jersey or pocketing fabric and bar-tacked at the openings.

• Cuffs: 2x2 rib, elasticated hem, open hem or zip hem
• Pockets: side seam, welt, patch, cargo and zip pockets with YKK or SBS zips
• Seams: coverstitch, flatlock or overlock to spec; articulated knees on active styles
• Grading from XS to XXL through pattern making and grading, with dedicated blocks for plus-size programs

How do decoration and branding work on pants?

Thigh and leg placements are sampled on the actual panel so artwork clears seams and pockets. Screen print, puff print, embroidery and heat transfer run through printing and embroidery partners we audit; garment dye and acid wash follow recorded recipes so reorders match. Waistband labels, inside-pocket labels and hangtags are applied through private label.

What are the MOQ, sample time and lead time?

MOQ is 50 pieces per style across sizes. Samples take 8–15 days through sample development, bulk ships 24–30 days after approval. Ordering joggers with matching hoodies does not change the minimum per style but does let both pieces share one dye lot and one approval round.

Which quality checks run before pants ship?

• Fabric: shrinkage tested per lot so length holds after washing
• Sewing: elastic recovery, drawcord bartacks, pocket-bag closure and zip function on every bundle
• Measurement: rise, thigh, inseam and leg opening checked on the size set; AQL 2.5 on bulk
• Finishing: wash-recipe shade compared to the standard, waistband label and packing verified
