Fabric and weight

The shell is lightweight woven nylon, chosen because it holds the wide-leg volume without weight and creases into the crumpled surface parachute pants are known for. Colour is matched before cutting; the fabric is specified as lightweight rather than by a fixed GSM.

Construction and fit

Relaxed fit with a wide leg from hip to hem. Elasticated drawcord waist, side pockets and back patch pockets, so pocket shape and position are straightforward to move on the pattern. Grading follows your size chart across XS–XXL.
