Project planning
Send your tech pack or a reference sample. We verify materials and construction, then quote sample fee, MOQ and estimated bulk price.

Material sourcing
We source fabric and trims from long-term local suppliers, matched to your target price. In-stock fabrics shorten lead times.

Pattern making
Our pattern makers translate your design into graded patterns — the blueprint for fit across every size.

Sample development
Samples are hand-cut and sewn in-house so we can test fit and construction before any bulk commitment.

Fitting & revision
You fit the sample, we adjust. Most styles are confirmed within 1–2 revision rounds.

Bulk production
Approved sample, pre-production confirmation, then your production run with in-line QC and final inspection.

A fabric library you can specify against
Core knits and wovens are held as running stock; everything else is sourced to swatch. Fabric weight, hand-feel and shrinkage are confirmed at sample stage — never at bulk.
