What dresses do we manufacture?

Casual knit dresses and woven styles built to your block, with custom prints, dyeing and trims. As a custom dress manufacturer we run jersey and rib dresses from our knit lines and poplin, linen-blend and lace styles from our shirt and skirt lines, so a womenswear collection can share fabrics and fit standards across tops, skirts and dresses.

Which fabrics do we use for dresses?

Jersey, rib, poplin and linen blends from 160 to 280 GSM, drawn from the same fabric library as our tees and skirts so prints and dyes match across a collection. Knit dresses need recovery, so cotton-spandex and rib dominate; woven dresses need drape or structure depending on the silhouette, which is why poplin, viscose and linen-cotton cover most briefs. Every fabric is shrinkage-tested and prints are engineered on the fabric before cutting so motifs land where you planned. Custom qualities and prints come through fabric sourcing.

Which construction details do we hold on every dress?

Straps, gathers, linings and closures are built to spec: invisible zips at the side or back, button fronts with fused plackets, self-fabric or elastic waist channels, and hems that are blind-stitched, coverstitched or rolled depending on the fabric. Fit samples are graded before bulk so the size run is approved as a run, not as a single sample.

How do prints, embroidery and branding work on dresses?

All-over prints, placement prints and embroidery are sampled on the actual dress through printing and embroidery partners we audit, so artwork clears seams, darts and closures. Garment dye follows recorded recipes for reorders. Woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags and hanger-ready packaging are finished in-house through private label.

What are the MOQ, sample time and lead time for dresses?

MOQ is 50 pieces per style across sizes. Samples take 8–15 days through sample development and bulk ships 24–30 days after approval, assuming fabric in stock or reserved. Which quality checks run before a dress ships?

• Fabric: shrinkage and print repeat verified per lot; shell and lining tested together
• Sewing: zip alignment, strap attachment, waist channel and hem evenness on every bundle
• Measurement: bust, waist, hip and length on the size set; AQL 2.5 on bulk
• Finishing: press quality, hanger-pack spec and label placement at final inspection

How do you start a dress program with us?
