What jackets do we manufacture?

Jackets carry more components than any other category — zips, snaps, linings, interlinings, rib — and each one is a chance for a factory to cut corners. As a custom jacket manufacturer we spec every component in writing before sampling, so the trim card you approve is the trim that goes into bulk.

Running styles in our product catalog — a cotton twill utility jacket, a quilted shirt-collar jacket, a plaid quilted jacket and a faux-fur-trim longline coat — show the construction level we hold; most programs use one as the fit reference and change shell, lining and hardware.

Which shell fabrics, linings and fills do we use?

Shell fabrics are sourced to your swatch through fabric sourcing: cotton twill and canvas for workwear, nylon taslan and polyester for coach and track styles, softshell for outdoor programs, denim for jackets that will be washed. Linings run from lightweight polyester taffeta and mesh to brushed tricot and quilted linings for winter drops. Interlinings and fusings are matched to the shell weight so collars and plackets stay flat after washing.

How do we handle hardware and trims?

YKK and SBS zippers, custom-engraved snaps, cord stoppers and buckles are sourced to your reference, with a physical trim card approved before bulk. Where volume justifies it we tool custom pullers and snap caps with your logo; otherwise we match from stock ranges and confirm finish and colour on the sample. Every trim is tested on the actual shell — a snap that works on twill can pull through a lightweight nylon without reinforcement, which is why we back stress points before you ever see the problem.

How do decoration and branding work on jackets?

Chest and back embroidery, chenille and woven patches, screen-printed back panels and heat-transfer logos run through printing and embroidery partners we audit, sampled on the shell fabric so placement clears seams and pockets. Branding is finished in-house: woven main labels, printed care labels, inside-pocket labels and hangtags through our private label service.

What are the MOQ, sample time and lead time for jackets?

MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Because jackets carry more components, samples take 10–15 days through sample development and bulk ships 24–30 days after approval, assuming shell fabric and trims are in stock or reserved. Which quality checks run before a jacket ships?

• Trims: every zip, snap and buckle tested on the actual shell before bulk; trim card signed off
• Sewing: lining attachment, bar-tacks at pocket corners and vents, topstitch alignment on every bundle
• Measurement: size-set measured with and without lining; AQL 2.5 on bulk
• Finishing: wash-test on washed styles, hardware function and packing spec at final inspection

How do you start a jacket program with us?

Send a tech pack or a reference jacket and tell us what should change. We reply within five hours with shell options, a sample plan and a bulk estimate.
