Fabric and weight

A quilted woven shell with lightweight padding stitched through, a midweight that layers over knits without bulk. Padding weight is set at sample stage: lighter for a shirt jacket, heavier for a transitional coat. Shell colour is matched to your reference.

Construction and fit

Regular fit with a pointed shirt collar, a snap-front placket and two chest pockets with flaps. Quilting lines run through shell and padding for a stable, even surface. Graded to your size chart in XS–XXL, with fit adjustments confirmed on the sample.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

Minimum order is 50 pieces per style. Samples take 8–15 days from our in-house sample room, with quilting and fill weight approved before bulk. Production runs 24–30 days after sample approval with in-line QC and final inspection, graded across XS–XXL.
