Fabric and weight

The fleece is 360 GSM cotton with a brushed back. The water wash relaxes the fabric and softens the surface without losing weight, and the same wash step is where garment dye, acid wash or distressing are added if you want colour and wear built in.

Construction and fit

Regular fit with a lined hood and kangaroo pocket. Because the hoodie is washed after sewing, shrinkage is measured on the sample and the pattern adjusted so finished measurements match your spec. Silhouette changes and grading to your size chart are included.

MOQ, sampling and lead time

MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Sampling takes 8–15 days in our in-house sample room; the wash and any strike-offs are approved on that sample before bulk. Production runs 24–30 days after sample approval, with in-line QC and final inspection after washing. Sizes XS–XXL, graded to your size chart.
